This item is Queen - The Complete Works on vinyl. There are 14 12" records included featuring all the band's studio albums, plus the double live album Live Killers and bonus disc Complete Vision. This is a used item but the discs are all in excellent condition and will have no problems playing. Some of the sleeves are a little worn and grubby. They all come in a numbered white sleeve. Included with the records is the booklet, world itinerary and world map. Everything comes in the original box as shown. There are a lot of marks on the box as you can see in the photos. PAYMENT:

PayPal is our preferred method of payment and, for international buyers, the only method we will accept. For UK buyers we also accept Cheques and Postal Orders, made payable to ‘Touchdown Associates’ and sent to Accounts Department, Cash Converters, 2 York Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7RZ. If you intend to mail a cheque or Postal Order please either request an invoice from us or reply to the one we sent. We are not able to accept payment by bank transfer.

Unless otherwise directed, please try to send questions through eBay’s ‘contact seller’ link. Questions will be answered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.

DISPATCH:

We are happy to ship certain items overseas but only those weighing less than 2kg and worth less than £500. All overseas shipping will be via Royal Mail’s International ‘Signed For’ service. You must ask for a shipping quote before you bid.

Items are usually dispatched within two working days after cleared payment has been received. For cheques this rises to 5 working days after receipt, which is effectively 7 days. Items paid by e-cheque will only be posted once PayPal have notified us that payment has cleared. This process usually takes about 10 days.

FEEDBACK:

Please leave positive feedback when you receive your item(s) and are happy with the purchase. This lets us know that your item has arrived safely. When we have received feedback we will then leave feedback for you.

COLLECTIONS / RETURNS:

Items can be collected from our store address, which is Cash Converters, 2 York Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7RZ . To arrange collections please e-mail us through eBay or call 0121 441 6883. When you call please ask for Edward or Neil. Collections are possible between 10am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

WARRANTY:

Items come with a 60 day warranty unless sold as faulty or for spares/repairs. If an item described as working is found to be faulty or not as described we will usually arrange to have the item collected at our expense. For some smaller items we may ask you to return it to us (address above) using a specific postal service. If you use a more expensive service than the one specified we will refund you only to the amount it would have cost using the specified service. If faulty items cannot be repaired we will issue a full refund.
