Description

Incredibly rare Townhouse cut using DMM at Townhouse Studios, London.

The disc is excellent and plays cleanly. The Gatefold sleeve is a little shelved around the edges.

Run-Out markings: EMC 3519 A-2U-1-2 and B-2U-1-2 TownHouse DMM.

I am not a record dealer, I don't know how to "grade" my records accordingly. All I can say is that they're all used records from my own collection and they are all in what I consider to be good used condition. None if them skip or jump on my Kenwood P26 turntable fitted with a new AudioTechnica stylus. (other styli may vary)

If I have found any any condition points worth noting they will be pictured (stickers, damage, tears, unstuck seams etc.) so PLEASE check the photos closely and ask if you need ANY further information.
