Queen - Eight Elektra Presskits - Promo packs - RARE

This auction is for eight vintage and very rare Queen Presskits. They were made by Elektra records, Queen’s record company. They date from 1976 when A Day At The Races was released up to 1982 when the Hot Space LP came out. Hot Space was the last album released by Queen on Elektra Records. These promo items were made in limited production and were only handed out within the industry as promotional tools for the band’s new albums and tours. The contents of each kit are shown in the pictures and accurately described below. Every one has bios, promo photo’s and other promotional items that were included at the time. The glare you see in the two pictures showing all the kits is from the protective bags they are housed in.  All the presskits are in nice overall condition. There is a bit of wear on some of the album cover folders. Hopefully you can see the condition of everything in the pictures. I can offer Media Mail or Priority Shipping. I've been asked a few times about the presskits with specific interest in the News Of The World Folder. The News Of The World presskit is NOT the soft 12" promo kit that came out in 1977 with this LP. That was considered a promo box that included a white label promo LP along with a few more promo items and is worth over $400.00 alone. These kits were bought as part of a huge lot of presskits and music memorabilia from a person who used to work in the industry and were all loose in one big box. I had to figure out what went with what. There are 3 outer glossy folders with the LP artwork on them. Day At The Races, Jazz and Greatest Hits. The other folders are standard black folders with the artwork printed on them. The type of folders for each kit are in the decriptions but I want to make sure everyone knows this especially about the News Of The World kit.
