Description
JVC NQH-1012, discrete 4-channel quadraphonic sound. These Japan-produced are among the most sought-after quadraphonic tapes, and I have a number of them on auction now. I've replaced the sensing foil and fully tested. The original color box is present and has very minimal wear. The performers are identified as the Blue Seas Grand Orchestra. Please see the scan for the full track listing, which includes a variety of standards and pop tunes from the era, with an aquatic theme, such as "Beyond the Sea" and "Ebb Tide." The tracks are interspersed with ocean sound effects--really cool in quad!
Fully tested, and plays great, with remarkably clean four-channel separation and no static at all. Judging from the condition of these tapes, they were either not played at all or perhaps only a couple of times.
Winning bidder pays fixed shipping & handling cost; I gladly combine multiple items for reduced shipping.
