QUINTESSENCE "DIVE DEEP". ON ISLAND RECORDS ILPS - 9143 in STEREO PINK RIM LABEL

RARE EARLY A2/B1 PRESSING, ORIGINAL ISSUE ON PINK RIM ISLAND LABELS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

FIRST PRESSING TEXTURED SLEEVE WITH ORIGINAL ISLAND BLUE PAPER INNER SLEEVE.

Matrix Nos ILPS 9143 A2-U and ILPS 9143 B 1-U.

OUTSTANDING PSYCHEDELIC/HIPPY ALBUM, RELEASED IN 1971. IN IMMACULATE CONDITION THROUGHOUT.

Superb Very Thick Sturdy Heavy Duty Vinyl, more typical of the late 60's Issues.

Side 1 : Dive Deep; Dance For The One; Brahman.

Side 2 : The Seer; Epitaph For Tomorrow; sri Ram Chant.

Brilliant Album by probably one of the greatest British Psych/Hippy/Krishna/Experimental Bands of the sixties, Flower Power from the end of the sixties. Recorded and released in 1971.

A Very Rare Record. The record is in excellent condition, on the ISLAND Label. The labels are the original Island Pink Rim with the Palmtree Logo. Both sides show no signs of any spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre hole. (See photos.)

The Vinyl is excellent and very clean, and has a great vinyl sheen. The surface of the record is excellent, virtually free of marks, only mainly noticable strong light, which is only to be expected ot this age. No background hiss to the record,which is very important as there are a number of very quirt tracks with this record, and record plays through very well. Overall gives an excellent sound quality. Lovely Nice Rich High Gloss Deep Black Vinyl and Classic Stereo sound. All round excellent record.

The centre labels are in excellent order, totally free from dirty marks, unwanted stickers and writing. Superb condition..

The Sleeve is in excellent, near mint condition. This is the very early slightly textured sturdy card sleeve which has a non laminated Island First Issue Cover. There are No creases, unwanted stickers or rips on the sleeve, No wear to corners and No storage wear to edges. The outer opening edges are extremely sharp and intact and in excellent order. The spine is rigid and the text on the spine is intact, No wear to spine top and bottom edges. First Pressing MacNeill Press Ltd of London Sleeve.

Overall an excellent example of this very rare classic record sleeve.

Record comes complete with the rare Original Blue Paper Inner Sleeve.
