This issue has the catalogue number 490 864-1 on the spine and back cover (underneath barcode), but has 000 000-0 printed on the edge of the cover sticker and xxx xxx-x on the insert.

Also under the barcode (0 606949 086411) is the UK rights society code (BIEM/MCPS) and the label code (LC 06406)

There is no "Don't make me beg..." etching on the back cover as on some other issues.

This issue has a sticker on the shrink-wrap which is sharp-edged not round-edged.

The issue is titled "Rated R (X Rated)" on the cover sticker. The cover and labels say Queens Of The Stone Age and have the boxed X logo.

This issue does not have a parental advisory sticker or logo on the cover.
