EXTREMELY RARE BBC RADIO TRANSCRIPTION DISC OF THE FAMOUS HAMMERSMITH ODEON CHRISTMAS DISC WHEN QUEEN WERE COMING ON TO THE TOP OF THEIR CREATIVE FORM.
AN OFFICIAL CD OF THIS GIG IS RUMOURED TO EXIST BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE. MANY BOOTLEG TAPES AND CD'S OF THIS GIG ARE AVAILABLE ALL USUALLY RECORDED FROM THE TELEVISION BROADCAST WITH VARYING DEGREES OF (POOR) FIDELITY. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL BROADCAST QUALITY STRAIGHT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH.

THE DISC ACTUALLY STATES 1976 BECAUSE THIS IS WHEN THE DISC WAS PRESSED UP AND SENT OUT TO LOCAL UK RADIO STATIONS WHO HAD SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACTS WITH THE BBC.
IN 42 YEARS COLLECTING BUYING AND SELLING RECORDS I HAVE NEVER SET EYES ON ANOTHER COPY.
