MATRIX NUMBERS:
SIDE ONE - PCSD 115 A-2U-1-1 2 D TOWNHOUSE DMM
SIDE TWO - PCSD 115 B-2U-1-1 D TOWNHOUSE DMM

Sleeve Condition - GOOD+/VERY GOOD - The sleeve is in good condition. A few general signs of shelf wear/handling/age, and a small area of writing on the front. Nothing really too bad but just enough to stop me confidently grading higher. Comes with the original printed insert.

Record Condition - GOOD+ - Visually there was hairlines, sleeve marks, light scuffs and a couple of light marks, so I decided to play test. I was surprised with how good it sounded. It sounded really good, a lot cleaner than what I was expecting from the visuals. There was some light background noise on the run ins/between tracks, but as the songs were playing I never noticed anything that I would consider an issue or a problem. Really good sounding audio. No jumps or skips. Visually I could grade less, but going on the audio I figured GOOD+ is a fair and all round grading. This is a good playable copy for someone's collection, but please be aware it is not in pristine condition. With a good clean to take away any dust etc this copy might sound a lot better... from experience a lot of background crackle can be caused from dust and dirt in the grooves.
