This is from my aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Excellent to NM -minor corner dings -Minor Staining on edge
Sleeve - the sleeve looks to be in great shape   Vinyl Looks Excellent to NM  - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks as if it has never been played. Fabulous condition.
