Description
It is an unholy blasphemy to sell my original copy of Profanatica, alas, the time has come to. I had a close relationship with the band, particularly with Paul Ledney and the late Aragon. We were all close friends between 1990 to the mid '90s. I was their sole videographer, I conducted and filmed their infamous interview that can be seen elsewhere on a offical DVD release. Most of the footage from the early '90s on there and you tube, etc was filmed by me. Long story short, Paul or Aragon gave me this first pressing, unholy slab of wax back around 1991. What is extra rare about this particularly copy is that Paul had not yet smeared his semen and blood onto this copy's vinyl's insert. The first 200 came with smeared Ledney fluids lol...but not my copy, which is # 144! The vinyl remains in near mint condition, the two original inserts are mint, and the record sleeve remains in very good condition. I would not doubt that my copy retains the original finger print of Aragon and Ledney upon it! Regardless, it plays fine and looks great for its age. These vinyls occasionally appear on here and elsewhere,but they are becoming rather scarce. And yes, I see that someone else has a copy posted on here currently. Unlike their copy mine came from the band directly on one of my many weekend jaunts to Brewster, NY, many moons ago. We had a hell of a time back in the day, lots of metal memories with those lunatics! Whomever wins this, I assure you that you will not be dissapointed. I accept returns if not fully satisfied, but you will be. Enjoy.
