Cover: Front-laminated, flip-back cover, printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. A few laminate creases, some very minor corner-wear and a hint of ringwear on the front. The unlaminated back is relatively clean and there are no seam splits or edge-wear. The spine is in very nice shape with almost no signs of wear and the text clear and legible. Strictly graded as EX.
Inner Sleeve: Original plain white paper inner sleeve, with ‘PATENT APPLIED FOR’ and ‘MADE IN ENGLAND” text printed in blue ink. The inner sleeve in super condition for its age, with just a little light creasing and all seams intact.
Labels: Blue Regal Zonophone labels with the “K” “T” tax code stamped around the spindle on side 1. Just a couple of light spindle trails on side 1, and a few more on side 2. Side 1 also has a couple of fingerprint smudges (visible in photo).
Vinyl: Both sides have quite a few light sleeve-removal marks, most only visible under a halogen light. There is some light surface noise throughout and a tick which sounds about fourteen times halfway through the last track on side 1 (‘Cerdes’), but this pressing is quite a loud cut, so it doesn’t detract from the music too much. Please note that this record has a mild warp, but tracks absolutely fine on my VPI turntable, without any skips or jumps. Grades somewhere around VG/VG+.
Additional Info: All of the vinyl that I am selling is from my personal collection, and has been cleaned on a VPI HW 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine. After cleaning, I keep my records in ‘Mobile Fidelity’ rice paper inner sleeves and store them with the records outside of the covers.
