Description
This is a listing for an EX condition vinyl copy of the rare and long out of print bootleg of Prince demos and live recordings Extra Lovable! I would grade the vinyl as being in VG+ condition due to light surface scratches and scuffing (nothing deep that effects play). The sleeve is also in VG condition or better but shows signs of wear from age and storage (see pictures for more detail).
The first LP is filled with an excellent batch of unreleased demos/vault material (including 5 of my favorites: Extra Lovable, Possessed, Turn It Up and Feel U Up/Irresistible Bitch recorded as a two part song with much more energy and drive than the versions later released as b-sides). The second LP is made up of a megamix, the famous Just My Imagination live "Small Club" recording, an early demo of We Can Funk (mislabeled We Can Fall), one of my other favorite demo tracks All Day, All Night and then 3 tracks from the Black Album. If someone asked me "if you could only have two Prince bootlegs, which ones would you keep?", my response would likely be Extra Lovable and Prince's Royal Jewels. Both provide some of the widest breadth of bootleg recordings out there that were ever pressed on vinyl.
