Rare Prince bootleg from 1989 or 1990. 

W/ Miles Davis and Friends

I would grade the LP itself as a solid VG with only light surface scratching and no warping, plays perfectly with minimal surface noise in spots.

The jacket, however has some issues.  Lots of corner wear to the spine side and some crinkled corners too on the top left and lower right.  Please see pics.
