Andre Previn & The LSO -
Rachmaninov
THE BELLS
(& VOCALISE) -
EMI ASD 3284 –
Recommended by TAS –
Factory Sealed
Another wonderful outing from Andre Previn and the LSO, featuring THE BELLS by Rachmaninov, along with a very fine VOCALISE, with support from Sheila Armstrong, Robert Tear, and John Shirley-Quirk.
Recognized on the TAS list, this Bishop/Parker EMI recording will have you ogling your hi-fi in wonder at how natural the sound is. Start to finish, among the finest, to be sure.
An LP worthy of the finest vinyl library, here factory sealed. (Cover has the preferred SQ markings on back.)
For other fine records, TAS picks and hard-to-finds, please see my complete list of offerings here on eBay.
Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $4 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
