Edited to add: This is the music of the early 80s in Huntington Beach, CA which is where this record came from.  These bands would play open parties on  a weekly basis to get the local scene pumped.  $1 at the door for a very crowded keg tap in the kitchen or back patio. 

The records are etched with the 102 release number and a and b sides. The photos don't show it well. Vinyl looks mint.

Also: Spray painted dayglow polka dots were a symbol of punk rock in this era.  We would put them on our bicycles and I still do that to keep the CD rack heads from stealing my beach cruiser.
