Pop Rivets Greatest Hits Signed Billy Childish Spray Painted Art Cover 1979 Punk. Hipocrite Music ‎– Hip 007 Spray Painted hand made custom cover. I contacted Billy's gallery & was informed that this is a very rare issue as only 25 of this design were made. 
Vinyl is VG+ with clean stamped labels and plays very well. However the value is in the custom cover. So you are buying the cover with the record as a freebie although it is VG+.
