I obtained the following information from a website: Willett Records was a short-lived label operated from Vogue Terrace, a nightclub in North Versailles, Pennsylvania (east of Pittsburgh) and owned by the club's general manager Elmer W. Willett (1911-1991). Among the local artists who recorded on Willett were Kenny Ambrose, Joni Kaye, Kathy & Jimmy Zee, The Valaires and others.  The Willett label is blue with silver print and erroneously indicates the location of Vogue Terrace as McKeesport, a neighboring borough southeast of North Versailles.  On April 24, 1963, Vogue Terrace was completely destroyed by a multi-alarm fire that broke out around 4 AM. It is believed that all the masters from the Willett Records output were lost in the ruins. Existing records on Willett are quite challenging to find in the collectors' market.
Little is known about Tommy Rally.  Some have stated that the name "Tommy Rally" was actually a pseudonym for Dick Glasser.  (Dick Glasser, 1933 - 2000, was a singer, songwriter, and record producer from Canton, Ohio.  He is best remembered for his song "Angels in the Sky".)  Others have disputed that it is really Dick Glasser who was singing as Tommy Rally.
