Gradings: I grade my records and sleeves using the Record Collectors Grading System but please mouse over the images in the uploaded photos as they offer a valuable close-up visual assist in establishing the accuracy of the item description.

Vinyl: (Aural): Excellent (Ex): Both sides played beautifully during play test.

Vinyl: (Visual): Excellent Plus (Ex+): No noticeable marks on either side of record.

Labels: Excellent (Ex): Both labels are in superb condition with very faint spindle trails only visible under strong light.

Sleeve: Excellent (Ex): The laminated sleeve is in very clean, sturdy condition with hardly any signs of storage wear. The spine is good and all printed text is still clearly readable.

Inner sleeve: Very Good (VG): The plain white inner has some yellowing but is completely sound with no splits or tears...

Important Note: Due to recent problems with time wasters, items will automatically be relisted or offered to second chance bidders if payment is not received within 48 hours of auction ending.

Records will be dispatched, well packed in custom mailers, within three working days of receiving payment. Due to being stung by non-delivery claims in the past I now ship all LPs via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for as standard, although I can offer a combined postage discount when more than one record purchased. Please contact me for a revised invoice before making payment.

Collection in person always welcome for local bidders, in which case payment will be by cash on collection.

Customer satisfaction is important to me so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if there is a problem with your order. I will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc...

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
