Pink Floyd - Meddle - Taiwanese Pressing
For auction is a Taiwanese pressing of Pink Floyd's brilliant Meddle. Discogs lists this as an unofficial release as it looks close to the pressing on the Union label. For that reason, this is probably only of interest to serious collectors. It's certainly an interesting piece for any collector, though due to the alternative cover art.
The cover looks pretty good considering that these foreign pressings have covers that are only slightly thicker than what we'd consider an inner sleeve on modern LP's. It has wrinkles and some age staining, but otherwise looks pretty good to me and has it's original cellophane. I'm only grading the sleeve a "Good +" The LP is a standard weight, not flimsy like some of the pressings from the far east. It has some minor scuffing and has some surface noise, but the music is pretty loud and sounds pretty good on my Sennheiser headphones aside from that. I gave it a full playing to give it the LP grade of "very good."
