Description

Pink Floyd were an English rock band that gained popularity in the late 1960's performing in the London's underground music scene.  They achieved international acclaim in the mid 1970's with their psychedelic music and elaborate live shows.  Meddle is Pink Floyd's sixth studio album released in 1971 by Harvest Records.  The album was well received by music critics upon it's release, however lackluster publicity led to poor sales.  On the cover is a close-up shot of an ear underwater, collecting waves of sound represented by ripples in the water.  Side 2:  "Echoes"  has over 23 minutes of music that flows with a timeless calm.  "Echoes"  was featured in it's entirety in the 1973 Australian surf-film  Crystal Voyager  during slow-motion footage shot inside the curl of waves.  The gatefold cover is in very good condition, and opens to contain photographs of the band members.  The vinyl is in very good+ condition.  Thank you for looking.
