This item is a promotional album released on Columbia Records in 1983 by Pink Floyd entitled 'The Final Cut'. Record label and number is Columbia Records AS 1636. Record itself is in very good to very good plus condition. When played there was a repeating click on the first minute of Side 1 that is not overbearing but is noticeable. There are occasional clicks that last for a few seconds on each side but the record is still a very decent listening experience. There are 2 hairline marks on Side 2 that are visible and a few scuffs on Side 2 that can be seen under a strong light but the record did play well throughout. The vinyl has some light sleeve rubs as well. The record itself was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Promo record labels show no spindle wear and have print on them that state 'demonstration - not for sale' (see photos). Gatefold record cover is in excellent with a 4 inch by 3 inch title sticker affixed to the front of the cover. Back of the gatefold cover has print on it that states 'DEMONSTRATION - NOT FOR SALE'. There is some small writing in pen on the front of the cover near the top left corner and back of the cover has a couple of slight creases at the bottom and a slight crease at the spine area (see photos). Also included with this album is the original black inner sleeve that is torn so I've also included a new paper inner sleeve to house the record.  See photos for song listings.
