Description

Upon purchase and prior to playing, this LP was scrubbed with Osage Audio's "Audio Intelligent  (three step) Vinyl Cleaning Solutions" using a special separate Osage Audio vinyl scrub brush for each solution followed by drying using a micro-fiber coated vacuum wand. The three solutions consist of the Step 1 Enzymatic Formula which dissolves the groove clogging mold release used in the pressing process, the Step 2 Super Cleaner Formula which uses a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to remove any residual contamination left after step 1 and the final Step 3 Ultra-Pure Water solution to rinse and remove all traces of the first two solutions. The LP was vacuumed dry after each step of the solution treatment. The LP was then placed in a brand new special archival static free vinyl sleeve. This cleaning process took approximately 45 minutes to complete for each LP. Upon playing the LP, the music emerges from a very noise free dark background with only an occassional click or pop. A great deal of research was done by Jim Pendleton (owner of Osage Audio) to finalize these solutions so that the LP's grooves would show virtually no contamination when observed under a microscope.
