Description

Pink Floyd’s stellar Dark Side Of The Moon authentic 1973 UK first pressing A/2 B/ 2 Solid blue  prism label on Harvest Records SHVL 804.
Mothers  Side One: 1 U  Side Two: 3 RD
No need to talk/type about the songs on this one!
Dark Side of the Moon debuted at 95 on Billboard Magazine’s Top 200 chart on March 17th 1973 and would go onto being on that Top 200 chart for an unheard of 736 consecutive weeks  (over 14 years). A fete never to be equaled by anybody!
This record grades VG+++ there is some surface noise here and there during some of the quiet passages as with all these pressings, none are completely silent and at the beginning of “Money”  on side two and there in a jump in (which many have) to the song depending on where you start  the record (other times there no jump in) and there is a click/tic that goes away as the song gets  going.
There are some light marks nothing deep whatsoever or that affects the performance of this brilliant  record.
It’s getting harder and harder to come by this solid prism first pressings in decent condition.
Priced accordingly....Still a real nice and a very collectible copy that sells for a lot more than  what I am selling this one for.
The prism labels are in pristine condition and the vinyl has retained its mirror like sheen.
The original gatefold record cover grades Excellent- to the Near Mint inner and luckily nobody attached the promo sticker to the cover as was often done (see scans).
Comes with the two original posters in the original folded condition. They were never hung (no tape  residue or pinholes) and are in Excellent+ condition (see scans).
Also comes with the two original FasPrint crack back stickers which never have been peeled (see scans).
Comes with the original inner black die cut inner sleeve (see scan)
As with all records there may be a stray tick, click, pop or surface noise during the run ins and run outs  and a touch of crackle or low level static here and there which is totally normal with vinyl. If there was  anything out of the ordinary like too much of any the above I would not list the record, as I am first and  foremost a record collector just like you....This paragraph is just to explain what you might encounter  when buying vinyl records and is no reflection on this particular record.
I've been collecting records for over 55 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
* Please note: Don't let the buy it now price turn you off, that's why the best offer is there.
