Extremely rare true 1st US pressing of Pink Floyd's fifth studio album "Atom Heart Mother" released in September, 1970 in a factory sealed condition. There're some significant visual differences between the 1st pressing and all of the subsequent issues. The distinct characteristic of the 1st pressing with the 1st print cover is the blue "blotchy" sky, unlike the 2nd pressing where the sky is bright even blue-green. No title printed on the front cover with an original clear "Pink Floyd Atom Heart Mother" hype title sticker containing the "Stereo" banner, catalog number SKAO 382 and Harvest Records "Amoeba" logo. Ultra rare example of the 1st pressing with the sticker affixed to the shrink wrap and not the cover as on the 2nd pressing, and not printed as on the 3rd cover.  A similar copy in a factory sealed condition appears for sale no more often than once in several years. The catalog number SKAO 382 is also indicated on the spine and back cover, whose prefix starting with the fifth issue of 1975 was changed to SMAS. I'm sure that just like all of the 1st pressing copies, this copy contains the yellow-green Harvest Records "Amoeba" labels with the rim text starting at 8 o'clock and not 10 o'clock as seen on the subsequent pressings.  The album is in beautiful Mint condition with only the top left corner having a light bumping. The fully intact shrink wrap containing the original breathe holes on the front cover doesn't have any splits, tears or missing pieces, only some very light shelf wear. This copy is coming from a private collection of Pink Floyd, which we've acquired recently.
