Description

I'm selling my personal collection of rare 60s and 70s modern British jazz over the next few weeks. This really was a golden age for British jazz and these are LPs I bought in the 70s and have had ever since. Recorded 1968 the third album after Shades of Blue and Dusk Fire, Phase III is effortlessly superior jazz. Bath sheba by Don Rendell is surely a candidate for most beautiful jazz track ever.

Side 1 - Crazy Jane, On!, Les Neiges D'Antan.
Side 2 - Bath Sheba, Black Marigolds.

Don Rendell, tenor and soprano sax, flute.
Ian Car, trumpet, flugel horn.
Michael Garrick, piano.
Dave Green, bass.
Trevor Tomkins, drums.

Sleeve unlaminated with moderate ringwear. Front has 2 small areas at top right with surface peeled away. Rear better no splits. Good I would say but photos should be clear enough to judge. Vinyl very good, some surface scuffs, plays fine but with some surface noise. Labels clean with some spindle marks.
I believe I have graded this accurately.
