Pete Rock "The Surviving Elements: From The Soul Survivor II Sessions" 2 x LP - Rapster Records - RR0040LP
Both Records are EX but play NM Sleeve is in VG+ condition due to a tear on the bottom left of the backside on the sku, and the corners show some wear.

Grading Scale: NM - Near Mint - a record that has no visible defects when closely inspected under bright light. It will play as new. A NM cover will look as if it has just been purchased. EX - Excellent - An excellent record has been either played infrequently or handled with great care. There may be slight signs of wear or surface marks that cause some background noise, but still play through with great quality. A EX cover will have all seams and corners intact and very light ring or edge wear. If a cover has a drill hole or MOoS cut but looks brand new, it will grade as EX. VG+ - Very Good + - A VG+ record will display some visible signs of handling and playback noise. It may have some light surface scratches (not deep or feelable) and spindle trails. A VG+ may have surface noise at background levels. VG+ covers will have partial seam splits or observable ring and edge wear. It may also have stamps, names, slight tears, etc. I will note all issues and irregularities thoroughly. All records are cleaned with a solution from a very reputable record store, graded under a bright light and shipped in a clean sleeve. If there are any questions, please ask.
