Description

Pete La Roca -- Turkish Women at the Bath; DOUGLAS SD 782, deep groove original US pressing with Bell Sound in trail-off, stereo, 196?.  With La Roca are John Gilmore on a rare excursion away from Sun Ra, Chick Corea and Walter Booker.

Vinyl is vg+ to vg++ with scuffs and light marks (none feelable) and a few spindle trails; jacket is vg+ with lightly rounded/dented corners, light edge wear, light ring wear and a crease at bottom/opening.

I will be listing quite a few records in the coming weeks including Blue Note, Riverside, Impulse, Hat Hut, Hat Art, ECM, Black Saint, Soul Note, BYG, OJC, etc.

Domestic US shipping: one of two options:

1) Media Mail -- $4.00 each single LP add .50 each additional.  Insurance, if desired, is an additional $1.70.  Combined winning amounts over $50 must be sent priority mail insured @ $10.00 flat rate up to 12 LPs maximum.  Multiple LP sets count per the number of LPs in the set. 

2) Priority Mail -- $7.00 each single LP; add $1 each additional.  Insurance, if desired, is an additional $1.70.  Combined winning amounts over $50 will be at a flat rate of $10.00 including insurance up to 12 LPs maximum.  Multiple LP sets count per the number of LPs in the set.

International shipping:

I am not responsible for uninsured parcels.

Winning totals over $75.00 MUST be sent Priority Mail insured at $25.00 -- all except Canada and Mexico at $20.00 -- for 1st LP + $3.00 each additional.

Canada $6.50 First Class mail (uninsured) + $2.00 each additional.

Mexico $10.00 First Class mail (uninsured) + $3.00 each additional.

Asia including Japan $15.00 First Class mail (uninsured) + $2.00 each additional

Europe/Australia/South America $13.00 First Class mail (uninsured) + $2.00 each additional.  Regrettably, because of problems with Italian post I will not sell into Italy.

Please note: all customs forms will be made out to winning bid amounts.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Grading: My highest grade is m- as I believe there is no perfect record!  From there I approximate the Goldmine rating system always listing flaws to help provide a mental picture.  I use vg++ as a grade in between vg+ and m-.  My grading is guaranteed.

Packaging: I separate the record from the jacket (except box sets) during transit to alleviate seamsplits.  I always use appropriate LP/box set packaging in an effort to ensure that the records arrive in the same condition as they leave my home.

Payment: Paypal payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.  I will combine up to 10 days worth of auction winnings.
