Pet Shop Boys 'I Get Excited' RARE Razormaid Remix on Clear 12" vinyl
When I first started collecting the PSB this was one of the first really different 12" that I bought and it has always been one of my favourites.
Bought in 1989 it is a brilliant remix of the 'Heart' b-side 'I get excited' and was created by Razormaid. There are 3 other remixes on the vinyl of Raze (Break for love), Tribantura (Lack of sense), and Pluuto (Isn't it crazy).
The thing that also makes this a bit more interesting is the fact that it is made from clear vinyl which was certainly a bit different in the 80s.
There is no sleeve, never was, so it is housed in a plain paper cover. The overall condition of the 12" is very good+ as I have played it (and why wouldnt I? -its brilliant) and there is some surface noise when you play the record and when it finishes but any noise does not affect the sound during play. For a used 22 year old 12" record this is to be expected. There are no visible signs of scratching or marks but this is difficult to see as the vinyl is clear. I am trying to describe this the best I can.
I am selling my collection of PSB as it has become too large and this would certainly sit well in any collection.
This is an extremely hard record to find especially on clear vinyl in any condition.
