WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT

Pennies From Heaven is a story with music which follows the adventures, mishaps and yearnings of Arthur Parker, a traveller in sheet music, as he tries to make his dreams & desires fit the promise of the lyrics he carries in his Morris Minor. He's a poor salesman and the commision will never buy him out of the lies and anxieties that make up his 'real life'. The story takes Arthur from neat suburban domesticity into a darkness where pennies seem to be not from heaven but from a hell of failure, lust & tricks of fate. If the world were real, Arthur would end on the gallows but the glory of love sounds to save him.
