General

The records I've listed and sold recently are online returns/stock surplus from a major retailer and in many cases are unplayed. Often they'll show signs of being stored/packed in a way that a specialist music retailer wouldn't which I'll always try and describe. If there's a download slip pictured, I can't offer any assurances that it hasn't been used. Please take time to look at the photos as I do my best to take good quality pictures to allow bidders to see what they'll be getting - the pictures you see are of the actual item you are bidding on.

I will always do my best to reply to messages promptly but please don't bother messaging me asking how much to post to Russia, China etc or how much to sell an item early as I probably won't reply! The answers are 'UK only - it's just easier for me' and 'if there's no best offer available you need to bid and what happens'.

Postage

I use Royal Mail for sending records and will happily combine postage on multiple items. Please message me if you win more than one item as it's often not clear on the app so I can send a combined invoice. If the total purchase price on is in excess of £35 on a combined purchase I will send via 'signed for' at an extra cost of £1.

I purchase good quality record mailers and stiffeners to post all my records out in to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. My feedback shows the care I take to do this, and that I do best to get them to you as quickly as possible - long may this continue. Postage to the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands only.

Returns

As the records have been only visually graded (unless otherwise stated) and vinyl is not an exact science, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will be happy to refund any records returned me. Please message me to discuss if possible before filing for a return as I want to do all I can to ensure your happiness.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item that is as described then the only difference is that return postage will be at your cost.
