CONDITION: SEALED!!!
NOTES:  - THERE IS A SLIGHT TEAR IN THE PLASTIC SEAL IN MIDDLE OF FRONT COVER (AS SEEN IN PIC) - THERE ARE SOME CREASES ON THE FRONT COVER (AS SEEN IN PIC); MOST NOTABLY IN LOWER LEFT CORNER

Hello - 


After I posted this, I noticed that I forgot to adjust the Sleeve Grading from the default setting of "Mint (M)" and am unable to fix it at this point. I added notes in the description area and you can look at the pictures (especially when you zoom in) and clearly see that the sleeve/jacket are not in mint condition - there are several creases (most notably in lower left corner on front). This is the exact condition that it was in when it arrived from the Pearl Jam store years ago - it went right into storage. 
I just want to make sure it's clear and honest - if this condition is not acceptable, please do not bid on this item.
