RETURN POLICY & POSTAGE
If you are unhappy or have an issue with your purchase please get in touch.
Change-of-mind returns: If you change your mind and want to return a record or CD, you have a statutory right to cancel and return the order. In this case the buyer is responsible for the postage cost and the item is to be returned in the packaging it was received in to Connection Records. You have 14 days after receiving the record or CD to communicate your wish to return them via the ebay store.
Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items: If an item is faulty, damaged in the post, incorrectly supplied or not as described, Connection Records will be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the item where required by UK consumer law. The buyer has 30 days to notify connection records of the return. Please contact us through eBay before returning the item so that the return can be handled through the appropriate eBay process.
Sealed records and CDs: Please note that the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed audio recordings once they have been unsealed by the buyer after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
