CONDITION:

Jacket grade, note: VG, laminated, notch visible at top seam center; face is clean less faint stain and single crease, 3" seam split top opening in, .25" seam split bottom opening in, small nicks/fraying/foxing along seams and spine, corner wear, writing in pen and pencil on back of jacket

Disc grade, note: VG+/VG-, Blue Note Records Inc., 47 West 63rd. NYC address on label, deep groove pressing, P & RVG in deadwax; tiny writing near center hole side A label, grade on side B forced by two small scratches which can be felt with a fingernail otherwise disc VG+

insert/ inner sleeve note: generic new inner sleeve
