Description

This auction is for the press kit for the Patti Smith Group's album, Easter, published by Arista Records in 1978. It contains 5 pages of the group's bio and descriptions of songs from the Easter LP. It also contains a sampling of Patti's writing including, on the last page, a poem dedicated to Arthur Rimbaud and a short essay on the back over titled Bond Not Bondage. A separate sheet in the press kit's pocket is a glossy copy of the Rimbaud poem signed by Patti Smith, but the signature has since been smudged. (See last photo.)
