Description

Original 1974 first pressing on Trace Records. No catalog number,matrix numbers are: SM-1001-A F/W and SM-1001-B F/W. This is the first edition with Phil Coxon's face on the label, not the purple label second pressing. Only released in the Richmond area of Virginia in 1974, when Pat Benatar's first husband was stationed there. The album was recorded live at the Sam Miller Exchange Cafe, where Coxon's Army had a residency. Killer version of "Respect" on here! Cover is still in shrink,less than 1" crack at lower right corner/seam. Light crease in upper left corner on back only. Disc has two superficial,non-serious,non-feelable surface lines on side one,with the second side being near flawless. No spindle marks on labels,intact grooves,nicest issue I've seen.This is a really gorgeous keeper copy of a very rare LP!
