SHIPPING
We strongly recommend choosing Australia Post Parcel + Signature
The vast majority of items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment excluding weekends and NSW Public Holidays
We post items Monday to Friday during Australia Post’s normal hours of business
We are unable to ship any item until we receive confirmation of your payment into our Paypal or Bank Account
Please note that if you do not select Australia Post Parcel + Signature, there is no way of tracking your item if it is delayed or lost by Australia Post
DELIVERY TIME
Please Note that Australia Post’s normal delivery window is up to 6 business days
Delivery estimates are for business days and do not include weekends and Public Holidays
Although the vast majority of items sent will be delivered within this timeframe, Australia Post can in rare cases take longer than this. Please understand that this is beyond our control and that we do all that we can to ensure that your item leaves our shop as soon as possible.
Additionally November and December delivery times can extend by several days due to increased Christmas volumes
We long for the day when the Star Trek Beam Me Up Scotty transporter becomes a reality but until then unfortunately we are not in control of the item once it leaves our store and Australia Post is a law unto itself when it comes to the time it takes them to deliver items

If paying by PayPal
Please note that the quickest way for us to receive your payment is through PayPal
We cannot send the item until we receive confirmation of payment into our PayPal account
If paying by Bank Transfer
If you use bank transfer it may take 4 days or more to be deposited into our bank account
We cannot send the item until the money is in our bank account so please take this into consideration when determining how long it will take to receive your item
Also when paying for an item by bank transfer please list your username as a reference so we can trace what item the payment relates to
This will also minimize any delays in shipping your items
