Very rare original 2-sided acetate from the Purple Hearts which was released in 1979 on the Fiction label.  I'm not sure if this acetate has different versions?? Complete with original picture sleeve, this has been in my collection for many years. A real opportunity to obtain one of the best from the UK Mod revival scene.
