Description

PUBLIC IMAGE - METAL BOX

This is the ORIGINAL UK pressing of this famous PIL album, the group JOHN LYDON started after leaving THE SEX PISTOLS. It has been owned by me from new.

The package consists of 3 discs inside a metal tin with PIL embossed on the lid. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.

There are 4 white paper inserts to separate the 3 records.

There is a track-listing sheet, which is in excellent condition.

The tin has a sticker on the back saying METAL1.

I played the records once, recording it to cassette. That's it - played once.

Tracks are: ALBATROSS / MEMORIES / SWANLAKE / POPTONES / CAREERING / SOCIALIST / GRAVEYARD / SUIT / BAD BABY / NO BIRDS / CHANT / RADIO 4

The matrix numbers are: METAL 1 A 2 / 1 B 1 / 1 C 2 / 1 D 1 / 1 E 2 / 1 F 1

The records are in MINT condition with no signs of wear. There are no scratches, marks or other defects. The labels are unmarked. There are no spindle marks.

The metal tin is in NEAR MINT-MINT condition. It has no dents or other marks. It's lost its shine over the years, which can be fixed with some metal polish if you want to.

See my other PIL LPs that I am listing.

Due to the weight of this album [950gr], shipping will be more expensive than normal.

NOTE TO USA BUYERS: Mailing to the USA costs £12.50 [$17.00]. If you win this item, the invoice will say 'Postage & Packing - £6.50'. PLEASE CHANGE THE AMOUNT TO £5.00.

I don't mean to shout, but understanding this will save time later on.
