Pink Floyd’s first band-approved greatest hits album in 15 years (since 2011’s *The Greatest Hits*). It features eight carefully selected tracks from the band’s classic albums released between 1971 and 1979, the eight-year period during which they reached the pinnacle of progressive rock. From “Blow, Wind, Call, Storm” on 1971’s *The Dark Side of the Moon* to “Comfortably Numb” on 1979’s *The Wall*, the tracklist focuses on signature songs alongside classics from the landmark albums *The Dark Side of the Moon*, *The Wall*, and *Animals*. Additionally, the version of “Pigs With Wings” included here is a complete version that connects Part 1 and Part 2. It includes a rare version originally found on the 8-track cassette of *The Animals* (the lead guitar on the bridge of this version was played by Snowy White, who was touring with the band at the time). A limited-edition blue vinyl will be released as an import with domestic specifications.
