Etta James.  At Last and I Just Want To Make Love To You. 1961.  "Review Copy" promo 7" 45rpm record.  Normal wear to label, no offical sleeve (it's in a generic one), no major scratches, B side shows more wear than A side and it has some spots, which look like droplets of something that will come off with a cleaning .  I don't have a record player to test the record.
