This is the sleeve and record sent out as promotion for there new 45 at the time has standard UK issue 45 inside but the sleeve was made for overseas radio and TV DJs so a very rare item PARLOPHONE R5265 1965 EX-/EX some creasing to sleeve and a T written on both sides Pretty much all 45s sent to mainland europe were first sent as a uk issue and in europe they made own sleeves then after so many were sold they produced there own issue of vinyl
