SLEEVE : name written at the bottom inside the gatefold and very slight storage wear at the corners, otherwise lovely: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a few very short ultrafine 'paper' hairlines...plays beautifully: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO : a few very short ultrafine 'paper' hairlines...plays beautifully: EX
LABELS: very light spindle marks, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
