Description
A very rare vinyl Lp record from Prince Buster and His All Stars. This is a Jamaican pressing album issued on the Islam record label. The cover is an original 1960's Blue Beat sleeve printed for Blue Beat Records,London,England which I believe Buster used to import from the parent company Melodisc in London to Jamaica. Cat No.BBLP 805. The flip back on the bottom edge of the rear cover has been glue repaired and there is storage wear to edges.. Complete with original poly inner. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned prior to listing on a Moth record cleaning machine. The vinyl has lots of surface scratches which you expect on these old classic Ska albums,previous owner not as particular as I am. I've played it through,Side one plays well...some crackles in places but of course it wouldn't sound right without them. Side two has continuous crackles ........First track plays with one slight jump,Track four again has one small jump,And again a small jump on track six. Still a great item and very hard to find on this Islam Label. Please keep watching my listings as I have some other interesting Ska records to list...I'm happy to help to combine postal charges.
