Description
The original UK vinyl pressing of Primal Scream's last album for the Creation label (which sadly folded shortly after its release). However, this fantastic piece of work ensured that the label went out with a big bang!
I only played this album once after purchase, when I transferred it directly to cassette. I additionally played it once to grade it for this auction.
The sleeve has only very minor creasing and marking, but this was there from new, and I suspect may be more of a manufacturing fault, as the single sleeve isn't on very thick card. Both inner sleeves are fine, with minor marks of rim wear, but again are as-new.
The records are virtually as new, and still have that shine and sheen of a new record. The pressing quality is excellent, and the records sound great, with a lot of bass in the cut. There is a minimum of surface noise in quieter passages, but this was on the original pressing.
This is an exceptional original vinyl copy of an album described aptly by Stylus Magazine as "a tripped-out journey through a future world of crippled empty people and rusted machinery. Yet, it's also invigorating, danceable, funky and completely visionary." I couldn't have put it better myself :-)

All records tested on Technics record deck on National Panasonic SGE5090 Music Centre, through Sennheiser HD497 headphones.

All items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard in the UK. I have not found any problems using this service generally, but I appreciate that other people prefer to use recorded delivery.
