Description
1970 HARVEST album from one of England's seminal r&b outfits. Formed in 1967 at Sidcup Art College, their early works were up there with the The Yardbirds, Them and Stones in fact one member of the Pretty Things, Dick Taylor, was a founding member of the Stones. VINYL: Superb VG++ Gatefold Sleeve: Good quality all round with a few creases and age distortion under light because this is a laminated sleeve. The spindle looks unused whilst the album label contains the EMI 'Not for Sale' stikcer and the 'Anglais' Radio Luxembourg library number. The only person to have played this particular copy on 208 in 1970 woud have been Kid Jensen on Jensen's Dimensions, the show the station put up against John Peel's 'Your mother wouldn't like it'. A historic R&B artifact in fact!
