Most of my records are better than VG+ but I would rather grade lower and have you pleasantly surprised than risk you not agreeing with an M or M- rating. 
**This "batch" of records that I am listing came from a collector's estate.  The records are in very good condition, many never played.  However, some of the covers are somewhat dirty or stained, and some do not have original sleeves.
I will not grade or imply a grade for covers.  I will try to list specific cover defects but with the thousands of records I have to go through, I may miss something from time to time.  I recommend that you magnify pictures for a closer look.
These did come from a Non-smoking home.
I've worked hard to maintain my positive feedback and have done so by listing honestly.  I appreciate it when you take the time to leave me positive feedback.  Thanks for your interest in my items! 

PLEASE NOTE THAT I GRADE VERY CRITICALLY!

M (LP). As new and unplayed.

M- (LP). Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.

VG+ (LP). Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.

VG (LP). Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.
