Description

This is a second press Northern Songs black/gold copy. Side one does have a bit of a scratch as per photo but this does not affect play at all. Audio is amazing for its age. Crackling between tracks but no skips/jumps and all tracks play very clearly. Labels are excellent very tiny spindle marks. Stampers: side one is 2 GH, side two is 1 M. The cover is an original gold press copy which is a bit worn in places and has had tape on the edges which is a bit discoloured apart from that is a very clean Ernest J Day cover. All in all a great copy and not so many 2nd press copies for sale

As shown in photo and mentioned in description there is a long 'scratch' on side one. I have been asked if you can feel the scratch and the answer is NO you can't feel it and as said it does not affect the quality of the audio at all. I have played this album again just to make sure and the sound is excellent minus as there is obviously crackles between tracks and some surface noise towards the end of one track but apart from that it's great quality for its age :-) viewing/listening is welcome if you're close to Dartford:-)
