Description

Heads up! Here's a curio, the Plaster Caster Blues Band's 1969 release. For those who don't know, the Casters were groupies in the late sixties / early seventies primarily who would make plaster casts of chosen musician's, well, as they call it on the history on the back cover, "units". Yup, they have "life masks" of lots of musicians packages, genitals, what ever lol. The casts have occasionally gone on tour, with "members" including Jimi Hendrix. This LP has little connection to the girls in the casters, but songs are often about their escapades or conquests, like "Blues For Big Jimi", "You Didnt Try To Ball Me (dedicated to Frank Zappa)", and "Seven Foot Drummer From Fleetwood Mac". Amusing time pcapsule to a crazy time. The cover here has a long explanation of the Casters history as well as the musicians and songs on the album. This hasvery good edges, a legible spine, good corners with minimal bumping, no raw spots, and about a three inch split at the bottom. Clean front cover with a couple of small stains on the back. Please, SEE ALL PHOTOS BEFORE  BIDDING! This is an interesting piece of that maybe doesn't have a thousand interested buyers, so we're putting it at a fairly low price for a rare-ish white label promo copy in good shape. There's a documentary out there somewhere. Enjoy!  We've just re-opened our store after almost two years of recovering from 5 surgeries, and moving to Oregon, where all profits from sales here will go to opening up a Used / New record store, so thanks to all purchases for helping bring our baby to life, its a dream come true. Because of my now disabilities, I'm not able to post often, but we'll be back up to our usual 4-500 listings eventually, lol. We rolled with a 100% feedback score when we had our store (TuesdayAfternoonVinyl) open, and we plan to keep our customers satisfied. We'll mail Media Mail because its cheap, which allows us to offer FREE SHIPPING with all vinyl, and we mail carefully, with official LP mailers, the record outside the cover. With SEALED VINYL, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed. If you are concerned about the condition, warped or broken or whatever, we can open it for you before mailing it, and if anything is wrong, we'll notify you and you can decide how to proceed. In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours. If you have any questions, please let us know. To all our regulars, its glad to back and we look forward to hearing from you. If you ever see wrong information in our listings, let us know, we love the trivia and strive to be accurate. Thanks everybody!
