Last night I came upon a record that lay hidden since 1976. I was a record store manager for the better part of 35 years.  Many of my "CORE" groups have a multitude of titles from different countries and cover variants. I always knew that one Pink Floyd was sealed in black shrinkwrap. Different from the blue ones. I regarded many of my Pink Floyd records more important than this one. It appears that this issue is of major importance to Pink Floyd collectors. As my copy is beautifully sealed, I can only speculate where it is from, record label and so on. I will leave the minutia to the experts. It has been in a sealed bag since the day I bought it. It has been stored in perfect conditions all it's life. It has never even experienced transit. It has not even been in a substantial earth tremor. The shrinkwrap has only one separation in the lower left corner/at the bottom of the spine. I tried to scan it. About 1-2 MM of the white spine shows. I would call the "condition of the shrink" Mint-. The overall sheen of the shrink shows shipping and handling. It is not "a reflective, shiny, glossy, black" It is more opaque. Sorry I have to scan everything. I'm doing absolutely the best I can to be fair and honest. 
I urge any and all communication regarding this item. ***UPDATE*** 7-6-15 AFTER REVIEWING SOME NEW RESEARCH, I AM 99% SURE THIS IS A GERMAN COPY...NOT THE UK COPY. I HAVE CHANGED SOME PRICES AND REMOVED RESERVE. I FEEL THIS IS AN HONEST PRICE AS IT HAS BEEN IN "MUSEUM" CONDITIONS. GERMAN COLLECTORS HAVE A CHANCE TO "BRING IT HOME". YOU JUST COULD NOT GET A BETTER ONE. IF THIS HAPPENS TO BE AN UK ONE, I WOULD BE HAPPY TOO TAKE IT BACK. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU MAKE A BETTER DECISION ON THIS WONDERFUL ITEM. NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS WITH ME MY FRIENDS.  
I prefer using U.S. Priority. I only charge $2 handling in US and $3 for International. I do not add on over and above what I am charged by post office.  I take a great deal of pride in the packaging and shipping of all my items
