Description
I have been a serious Pink Floyd fan and collector for the last 25 years. Recently, I sold my turntable and can sadly no longer enjoy the pleasures of my collections. I'm parting with them all and I am slowly beginning to picture and post them here.
This concert was performed Jan 23/1970; live at Theatre De Comedie Champs Elysees, Paris.
SIDE1:
Green Is The Colour
Careful With That Axe
Violent Sequence Excerpt
Binding My Time
SIDE2:
The Amazing Pudding (AHM debut)
The concert, which was performed prior to the release of The Atom Heart Mother album not only has the debut of Atom Heart Mother in it's raw form; but Binding My Time. This to my knowledge, has never been performed live except for this album.
The concert itself was full of wonderful surprises, which this album reveals.
The green label at the center of the LP itself, is titled, Dark Moon Records, The Ab-Dabs. Side 1 features It's Green, Binding My Time, Divisions, Eugene Axe and the Flip Side of the LP has Look At My Heart Mother.
The words, "Spatial Arrangement 1" adorn the cover as you can see in the picture. The front cover is actually a flap in which the record and sleeve rest within. The artwork adorning the cover is a Salvador Dali like print. The back is a picture of Pink Floyd which I never saw anywhere else. This album is a first pressing. It's a rare gem and only for the true Floyd fanatic. It's in great condition as I only listened to it a handful of times. I've had this record in my possession since the mid 80's in a plastic cover stored away. Once in a lifetime buy! ENJOY, happy bidding and congratulations to the lucky winner!
